Several hundred protesters chanted slogans, no social distance and no face masks were worn and the crowd were totally oblivious to the (Covid-19) pandemic. ‘Virus Truth’ the Dutch anti-Covid-19 action group, called for members to attended the protest. The organisers say that (Covid-19) measures still continue and, in the meantime, it has become clear that it has nothing to do with the virus, but a ploy by the government to manipulate the people and to further dismantle Dutch democracy. An Emergency Act is now ready for publication and will be hurried through parliament before its autumn recess. No arrests were made. The latest figures from the ‘National Institute for Public Health and the Environment’ (RIVM) and its weekly update for 29 September – 6 October: Covid-19 cases has increased significantly again during the past week. There were 27,485 cases compared to19,326 a week earlier.
