Among the hundreds of prisoners of the conscience in Russia and Belarus, Alexey Navalny and Sergei Tikhanovsky as the most prominent opposition leaders, embodying the fight against tyranny and the fight for democratic values. Today’s demonstration took place in the shadow of The Hague’s ‘Holocaust Memorial’, facing: The International Court of Justice (ICJ). “Our hearts today are with those who met the arrival of the new year 2022 in the prisons of Russia and Belarus, and we express solidarity with all those who are persecuted for political motives.”
